We are here to make life more enjoyable for dog owners by eliminating the most unpleasant aspects of dog ownership–at an unexpectedly low cost!

No! You can start and stop your service at any time. There is no minimum service period. We are committed to building customer loyalty through great service, no long-term contracts. We do have some Terms of Service so you know what to expect.

Yes. Lulu’s DooDoo Crew personnel are not authorized to climb or jump over fences or gates. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. This will allow us to access your yard and make it beautiful.

Not unless your dog is potentially aggressive.

We love dogs and really enjoy spending time with them! But if your dog is aggressive, we ask that you restrain or confine your dog during your service.

Yes! We offer pet waste clean-up all year.

Snow or heavy rains may delay our professional pooper scoopers from time to time, but we are usually able to catch up on your scheduled dog waste clean-up within a day or two. 

We work most holidays! We like to have a clean, waste-free yard all year and we know you do too!

However, we do not work on the following holidays:

– Thanksgiving
– Christmas Day
– New Year’s Day

If your scheduled day falls on one of these holidays, we will generally try to clean the day before or sometimes the day after the holiday.

Call, text, or email us.

Please give us as much notice as possible so we can “skip” that service. If we have at least 24 hours notice, and your dog will not be using the yard, then there will be no charge for that “skipped” service. Have a great vacation!

Lulu’s DooDoo Crew offers inexpensive pricing for dog waste removal.

The cost depends on the number of dogs, type of service and the size of the yard being scooped. If you have any questions about our poop scoop services, please call 618-973-9993.

We do not require advanced payments!

We will send you an invoice on the first day of each month after services are completed for the previous month. We want you to be completely satisfied in knowing that you received outstanding services before paying for it.

The initial clean-up (the 1st clean-up) is usually a little more than the recurring service and is based on how long since your yard was last thoroughly cleaned and the number of dogs.

If it has been a while since the yard was last cleaned and there is a large amount of accumulated dog waste, an initial dog waste clean-up fee will apply.

We are very diligent about making sure that gates are firmly secured while in the yard and when leaving. We take extra care to make sure that your dog stays in the yard while we enter and exit your yard.
